We provides full range of services in Surface preparation and protective coating
Sandblasting is often used as a way to prepare a surface prior to painting. It is commonly used to strip paint from machinery and metal, but it has many other uses as well
More
Sandblasting is the act of propelling very fine particles of an abrasive material at high velocity toward a surface in order to clean or etch it.
Powder coating is mainly used for coating metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, drum hardware, automobiles, and bicycle frames.
More
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Electro galvanizing is an electroplating technique used to place a layer of zinc metal on top of a steel surface. It involves immersing a steel component into a solution containing zinc salts followed by the application of electricity to induce an electrochemical reaction on top of the steel.
More
Compared to hot dip galvanization, electro galvanizing provides a thinner coating and a more aesthetic appearance.
It is often used to gold-plate objects for decoration or to stop corrosion. Normally the metal becomes fragile and is only used for display.
More
Electroplating is the coating of an object with a metal. It is done by immersing the object and a bar of the metal in a solution containing the metal ions. Electric current is then applied; the positive goes to the metal and the negative goes to the object. The metal bar dissolves in the solution and plates out on the object, forming a thin but durable coating of metal.
Menthod of work
Purpose to ensure that blasting is carried out in a safe and efficient way and that quality of the blasted sections is in accordance with the specified standard
qulity asurance ↘
1. The supervision will ensure the environment condition before commencing the work and it should be entered in the REC. Blast cleaning shall not be performed when relative humidity exceeds 85 % and when the ambient or substrate temperature is minimum 30 C above the dew point temperature.
2. Before commencing the activity, the supervisor will examine all the blasting equipments,
hoses, couplings, remote controls, helmets and breathing equipments. To ensure that they are
undamaged securely fitted and working properly.
5. Blasted section to be primed as soon as possible or with in four hours, after treatment areas left over night or if Dew point conditions or rain is encountered sections to be re blasted to the required standard.
3. Work will not commence until all air receivers, auxiliary receivers and hoses are clear of all
condensate water or oil blow out will be carried out until air is dry and clean. Cleaned & Salt
free (Like Chloride, sulphur etc) abrasive will be use.
4. Blasting will be carried out under strict safety supervision. Operatives will work at a safe
distance each other Blasting area will be cleaning marked and operation will be doing at a safe
distance. From the work.
While blasting in every 4 hours the moisture content at blast nozzle is check by the operator
and ensure that the moisture is working adequately and eliminating any moisture. However,
this requirement may be waived if no non compliances are detected at blast nozzle.
After final inspection the supervision will sign his internal inspection sheet and make the
section are available for immediate inspection by the contractor.
5. Blasted section to be primed as soon as possible or with in four hours, after treatment areas left over night or if Dew point conditions or rain is encountered sections to be re blasted to the required standard.
